For years working in the medical industry, we have witnessed patient care sacrificed due to the restraints and policies insurance and pharmaceutical companies have on the way medical professionals practice care. Prescribing care is often settled around what insurance companies can and can’t provide, leaving the patient with mediocre treatment plans that are not ideal and aligned with what is really needed. When providers work with insurance companies directly, physicians are signed to a contract agreement to determine which services they will or will not provide. Most doctors and clinics are forced to mold their practice around the requirements of being participating providers which result in shorter, time restrained visits. Integrative, functional medicine at its core focuses on lifestyle changes that require education and time taken with the patient in order to ensure the best care management practices. Contradictory to our core beliefs, insurance companies are not focused on any preventative or wellness services. As insurance premiums continually rise, and optimal care is sacrificed, we are determined to create a system that is conducive to our patients’ ideal wellness regimens that offer optimal lifestyle options. We believe in being upfront and open with our pricing which is why we choose to post our pricing options. With that said, our services are cash-based, with payment plan options available. Some insurances may take a “superbill” from us that you may be able to file for reimbursement. Some HSA cards are also accepted for our IV services as well. Supplements and testing are additional, but ask us about our packaged option plans!
